Today, for Human Geo, we started off the class by
celebrating a birthday. After singing happy birthday, Mr. Schick told the class
that some of the students had 100’s and some students had 0’s. The reason that
this happened was that instead of students adding a new post to their blog,
they would create a new blog. After Mr. Schick told the students about this,
some students realized that they had done the blog postings the wrong way. Mr. Schick helped those students and most of
these problems were sorted out. Also, he told the students how to fix their
blog’s title if they accidentley made it my first day, day one, etc. Mr. Schick
showed us an easy way of accessing our recently used links so they can be useful
throughout the unit and year. At the end of class, Mr. Schick told the students
about the ALS ice bucket challenge and what the challenge is all about. I had already done the ALS ice bucket
challenge. One of my Mother’s friends from high school actually died from ALS
so I was glad to do the challenge.
