Technology in this lifetime

-It is estimated that a week’s worth of The New York Times contains more information than a person was likely to come across in a lifetime in the 18th century.

-There are 31 billion searches on google every month. In 2006, this number was 2.7 billion.

-By 2013, a supercomputer will be built that exceeds the computation capabilities of the human brain.

My initial reaction to this video was just being surprised by all of the facts about our future and just thinking about how it could be in the future makes me somewhat speechless. These changes are manifesting into our lives by effecting how we have to live to stay in touch with the world, like buying new technology to help us for most of our needs in life. Technology plays a great role in my life. I use technology to help me communicate with people and it helps me complete assignments for school.
